Some information for foreign customers
There isn't a complete English language version of my website. On this page, I will give you the most important information in English:
- This is not a professional internet shop structure. Everything is based on emails. If you select "hier bestellen" a window from your email program will open. If not, please send me an email and tell me what products you wish to buy and tell me your address.
- I can definitely ship to other countries. The shipping costs will be higher. Within the EU, and if the total value is below 50€, I can send your order by normal letter without registration at your risk. If the total value is higher than 50E or shipping is to outside the EU, I will only send by certified mail (8.50€ up to 12.50€).
- You can pay by international bank transfer or by PayPal. If you chose to pay by PayPal, I only ship by certified mail and will add the PayPal charges to your total invoice amount. It is not possible to pay with credit cards.
- Only my terms and conditions are valid and not the terms and conditions found at PayPal. Please take special care about listing your correct address in the order. If you are paying through PayPal and PayPal has listed different shipping addresses, I will not be following what is on PayPal.
- This store is a "One-Man-Show". At times, things may take a little bit longer. I hope for your understanding and Thank You for your patience.
